Affinity Health Services, LLC Announces Strategic Consulting Division Restructuring to Support Significant Growth and Expanding Market Demand
Affinity Health Services LLC, a full-service management and consulting provider specializing in senior living, announces the strategic restructuring of its consulting division to better accommodate market demand and support the substantial growth the organization has experienced over the past several years. Since 2021, demand for Affinity’s consulting services has expanded by nearly 60 percent. This expansion includes entry into 8 additional states, bringing Affinity’s total consulting footprint to 15 states where the company currently conducts or has conducted business.
“As we prepare to celebrate Affinity’s 30th anniversary in 2026, these changes will empower our staff, improve resident experiences, and open new opportunities for professional growth across our organization,” said Denise McQuown-Hatter, Affinity’s president and CEO. “This restructuring is a clear demonstration of the commitment that Affinity makes to both our managed clients and our consulting partners.”
The company’s growth strategy includes the development of new service lines, most notably remote billing services and remote Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) services. To meet customer demand, Affinity’s consulting team has welcomed new team members with specialized expertise in reimbursement, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle management to enhance efficiency, strengthen leadership support, and improve client service delivery.

Under the new structure, the consulting team expands under the leadership of Candace McMullen, executive VP of consulting and business development. Longtime Affinity clinician Tammy Lucas-Coleman now exclusively supports the consulting team as VP of consulting and business development. Additionally, Becky Meyer and Kay Klotz, clinical consultants who were formerly serving clients in both the managed and consulting divisions, have joined Clinical Consultant Denise Stayer in exclusively serving consulting clients.
“Our growth over the past several years has been both exciting and humbling,” said McMullen. “As our client base expanded and the types of services we provide evolved, it became clear that we needed to realign our internal structure. This restructuring ensures that our team is positioned to deliver the high-quality, responsive, and specialized support our customers expect from Affinity.”
In addition to the realigned leadership roles, the new structure facilitates streamlined service delivery processes and provides dedicated resources for emerging areas where providers face increasing operational and regulatory pressures. The updated structure promotes faster turnaround times, enhances communication pathways, and allows the company to continue scaling while maintaining service excellence.
“Affinity’s mission has always centered on supporting providers with practical, data-driven solutions to improve operations, quality, and financial performance,” added McMullen. “This restructuring strengthens our ability to meet those goals while preparing for continued expansion.”
Affinity Health Services, LLC will continue to invest in tools, technology, and talent as it expands its portfolio of management, consulting, and specialized support services for post-acute and senior living providers across the United States.
“We are fortunate to internally have the level of expertise and talent to elevate our current team members into new and expanded roles,” added McQuown-Hatter. “As our market and service lines diversify, we will continue to adapt, develop, and grow so we can better serve our clients and our mission of making a difference in every life we touch.”
