We are seeking a senior leadership executive to join our dynamic and talented team. This role involves a combination of travel and on-site support across Pennsylvania
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for coordinating and directing the operations of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). This position is responsible for overseeing the execution of policies and procedures across key functions, including marketing, finance, clinical services, and human resources, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Performance: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all facilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and people-centered care.
Policy Development: Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
Fiscal Management: Develop and manage regional budgets, oversee financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Leadership and Team Motivation: Provide strong leadership to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Adaptability: Navigate and adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments.
Quality Care: Drive high-quality care initiatives, ensuring the best outcomes for residents.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must have 5-10 years’ regional operations experience in long-term care.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Director or Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) of a CCRC.
Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License within the state of PA Required.
Valid License for Personal Care Home Administrator, PCHA is a plus.
Experience with campus diversification of services is a plus.
A degree in business administration, healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.
Proven track record of leadership and management experience, overseeing multiple facilities or departments.
In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local long term care regulations.
Strong skills in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with staff and management team.
