OUR INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR POSITIONS
Are you a skilled NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR or PERSONAL CARE HOME ADMINISTRATOR with the flexibility to lead one of our communities for a limited time period?
We are seeking dynamic administrators prepared to face the challenges in post-acute care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing facility or personal care operations, be able to provide new solutions, and have a willingness to provide leadership in all phases of fiscal and operational management. The successful candidate will work with a company that provides the necessary support services to succeed and places a strong emphasis on quality care and innovation.
Future interim and/or consulting opportunities could also be possible.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have a Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator or Personal Care Home Administrator license and a proven track record as an administrator. These interim positions offer a competitive compensation package based on experience.
